the DARK SIDE of reality

the LAST WORDS

he reason's my heart hides me
I have allowd my heart to stay in the shadows for far to long it's hard to notice it,

Sometimes,

I'm left wondering if it's still there,

It's beat so soft bearly noticeable..

It used to pound out a harsh lash of passion and love

Making me scream and shout the name of my beloved one at first sight of his handsome face

Making me cry tears of joy

My fears of never seeing him again force me to wrape my arms around him and never want to let go

This is how i felt

Now this is how i feel

My heart has been ripped out by the one i once called mine

He was ment to be mine forever

But fate decided other wise

And now he will never be mine

I fake the smile that people see

I must show strength

When really i want to bring him into my arms and kiss him deeply

Letting my tears of want and pain

Loss and love

Anger and passion all run down my cheeks and fall onto his comforting shoulders

Many have tried to replace the ireplaceable

They have not loved and lost as harshly or as painfully as my love and my heart has had to suffer

The terrors of heartache it felt it would never know

My heart makes me push away any who try and love me

Not giving me a chance to open to the old but new feelings that are being pushed on me

Day by day...

Night by night...

Each day is a step closer to reopening old feelings and wounds

Each night is a step back into the comfort zone you have created to keep your heart from getting hit with the over ruling feeling of pain

Hurt and loss

Let your heart be free

Don't waste your love on someone who you can't have when there are plenty worth loving..!

The name is "the LAST WORDS" because Puja is not alive anymore and she wrote it in her diary at sometime.
This is a work by someone unknown to me but it is on my blog because it shows my story too. Undoubtedly, it is a great thing individually too. I just love this unknown because she has written my feelings on paper and that too, so brilliantly, something i would never have done in my whole life. Hats off to this girl.

BJP, Congress or the The Third Front

Its the election time, and all sorts of promises, splendid manifestos and bondings can be observed. The new touch, this time, is a 'maybe' hit Third Front which is a non-NDA, non-UPA initiative despite a fact that such governments were not able to sustain their leadership under V.P.Singh in 1989 and Deve Gowda in 1996.

Congress, as usual, raises the communal questions against BJP and still expects to go through the elections even after the setback in U.P. and Bihar where Lalu Prasad Yadav joined hands with Ramvilas Paswan. If it raises Manmohan Singh's name as its prime ministerial candidate, then Singh's poor image of a robot will hurt the party and if Rahul Gandhi comes into the picture, his inexperience and non-deserving personality will say it all for Congress. Even the terrorist attacks and the height of inflation could also pose a threat to their side.

BJP, L.K.Advani as the front runner has also faced setbacks like seperation of BJD from it and a lot of individual leaders quitting the party. The Hindutva plank could also pose a threat as usual for them. The rising value of Narendra Modi within the party, is proving out to be profitable as well as a worrying situation as many believe that BJP, in the future .i.e. without an Advani, could sustain only with the support of Modi whereas other people are worried about the communal attitude of the veteran Gujarat CM.

The Third Front maybe is a big threat for the BJP and Congress, but it itself is not free of roadblocks. The biggest one is obviously, the name of prime ministerial candidate from their side, for which all of them are expecting like hell. Even if this is soughted out, the most probable ones like Mayawati, Jayalalitha, Deve Gowda, etc. do not have their say nationally, which will definitely hit them in the main race and such a big coalition works, the probability is quite low.

What is the result? Whom should we go with?

This time, the BJP really looks to be the deserving one. As the BJP excludes the hindutva thing from its manifesto and aims at governance, security and development, it seems to be the most hopeful leader of the future. Infact, BJP is the only party where such leaders exist who can really make a difference to the nation by taking risky and daring decisions. People like L.K.Advani, Narendra Modi, Arun Jaitley definitely deserves to represent and handle the country. These people prove their worth by examples like Pokhran Test, Ram Temple and the stupendous development in the country as a whole, even in individual states like Gujarat. This is the side, we need to support for the nation's better future.

The other alternatives are definitely not the accepted ones as Congress, as a major rival, fails to impress in this session and it also does not have a leader who could really fulfill India's need. Sonia Gandhi have not been able to take the nation where it should be and is filling her votebanks only by impressing the minorities in the nation. Manmohan Singh, definitely, is not the man for India and this is quite evident after seeing his careless attitude towards development and other important issues. Rahul Gandhi is the one of the most hopeless persons of a political background who is getting so much of a hype and maybe, even a nod for becoming the prime minister. Such a party should not be seen in power at all which ultimately lands into a situation of all time high corruption and mishandling of terrorist attacks.

The Third Front results out to be the worst contender, even after Congress, when it comes to the question of the nation's future. The Third Front, definitely does not have the required vision in order to handle the nation. The leaders of their side does not have the attitude to deal with the concerned issues at the national level. How can someone expect, Mayawati becoming the prime minister and talking in her own rude and abusive language at the centre. Maybe, the Third Front would give the nation a look similar to that of U.P. or Bihar. When these leaders could not even make their state's economic projects possible, how can they deal at the centre. This is the most weak side among all parties and will definitely ruin India, if at all it comes to power.

BJP, hence proves out to be the best choice this time and if any person comes in power, even BJP, lets hope that they will satisfy the country's people and India leads towards a bigger and a better position.

Slumdog does not DESERVE

Slumdog Millionaire, the Globe, Bafta, and a complete Oscar sweep, the so-called breakthrough of "Indians" in the Oscars, in the global picture, is being talked about like anything nowadays. A.R.Rahman, the musical maestro of the country, grabbing 2 Oscars, is being credited as the "Indian Face" and its all "JAI HO, JAI HO" everywhere, even Congress adopted it and is using it in its manifesto. All of this sounds good, as we are Indians and Oscars are considered to be the best movie awards around the world but i would ask to everyone, atleast those who have heard A.R.Rahman's other tracks before, that do "JAI HO" really deserves the Oscar? I guess the maximum's answer is a "NO". I mean, obviously, A.R.Rahman is like one of the greatest names in Indian Film Industry, and he do deserves Oscars for his works, but i think "JAI HO" was really not worth. There are even greater pieces of work by Rahman himself and individually too, "JAI HO" does not deserve.

Moreover, as a film too, i have not found a single person who thinks that it deserved an Oscar, if at all Oscars are considered to be the best. Have not many other, better films on the same theme have been made in India itself. Why do not Indians want to believe that if at all Slumdog was made under an Indian banner, it would definitely not have got the Oscars. Has the jury members of all that great movie award ceremonies as well as the global audience itself appreciated the film just because it showcases the dark side of the country, the side which they want to believe. Why, a film like Swades didnt make it upto there when it was better than Slumdog in many aspects, maybe just because it was by an Indian director and under an Indian banner, a total Bollywood presentation. Why do Indians always go gaga over the Oscars, when many among them do agree that it does not appreciate the ultimate art of the year.

And then they are just into criticizing the biggies like Amitabh Bachchan and SRK that they are kind of jealous with Slumdog's success. After reading Bachchan's firing blog on SM, I personally dont agree with him that the westerners want to show only the worse side of Indian reality, I mean its a movie and a movie can be made by anybody and on any theme, there should be no comments on that grounds atleast. But Indian people as well as the media takes it into the perspective of his jealousy with the movie. Moreover, people comment on SRK that he left the project and then the film did so well and talks like falling time of SRK has begun and it goes on and on. Why dont Indian audience respect him on the fact that he is the only big superstar who haven't worked under a foreign banner despite many offers, just because he wants to remain loyal to Bollywood and also to raise the level of Indian cinema to THAT level. Rather, they should think that it is good for Anil Kapoor that now his brand value will increase and not about what is the effect of only a film over the Hindi Film Industry's biggest stars ever.

I am also happy about the kids and the cast of SM that they got so much of appreciation globally and it obviously resulted as a big thing in their life. But as a film, I dont think that Slumdog deserves.

Have an ATTITUDE

NOW, here goes the first post on my blog. Here, i would talk about the blog's name. There is a reason why my blog's name is "Have an Attitude!", its not that i have to make my blog look cool and so i have opted for such a name. Actually, the reason, as many of my really close friends must be knowing, is that i really really follow it and i apply it in literally everything i go through in my life. This way of thinking and seeing the life, has been given by my favourite teacher till date(actually, he is the favourite because of this reason only), Mr. Nitin Jain, the H.O.D of Physics Departmet of Bansal Classes. This was the person who would spread the idea of having an attitude towards your work which would take you to mere success in whatever you do and that to directly, to the students, the future of the nation. This mentality is the only reason for whatever i have acquired till date in my life(actually, there is not much, but then too). I even say the same to my friends and they are really finding it good and working for them also. You can ask to the ones like Deepika Tola, Nitish Kishore, Ashutosh Tola, Megha Tola, etc. Actually, this is also one of the major reasons why i have started to write a blog because what i am feeling right now is that, if at all my blog works and people like it and read it quite frequently, then with its help, i want to spread this idea to the maximum people i can through the medium of a blog. Moreover, i also want to talk about many other subjects like politics, social, entertainment, my personal life, my experiences, etc. I dont know why exactly have i ultimately taken up the task of writing a blog, but i am just aiming to do something constructive out of it and i also want my blog to reach that status that could maybe help someone at some stage in his/her life. I hope, that you would like my posts and your comments are welcomed no matter they are in my favour or not.
